Happening, Very Happening

I could vividly remember at the start of the year i had a post which writes about how much i feel like i'm trapped in a distraught bubble, feeling stressed and out of place- like i don't belong here at all, and that life in cedar was a wrong choice because it was such a struggle for me. It took me quite a few months to adapt to sec 3 life. I thought i was doing fine... but no i was so damned wrong. Ever since the new chapter of term 2 unfolds, everything hit me back hard again.

I failed 5 subjects for midyears. I failed my overall percentage. Ms lin wants my parents to come to school to collect my report book. I pity myself. The disappointment i see in my parents eyes were... heart wrenching. They didn't scold, but i had a loooooooong lecture from them which makes me feel guilty loserish sad very sad sad to the max hopeless helpless. And from that very day onwards, everyday i would have to tolerate their scoldings, bias comments, endless ramblings about how i did not work hard and i should just quit basketball. I don't want to justify myself anymore. Anyw deep down i know God knows everything, and that's enough.

Fuck comparison.

The reason why i've this urge to post in blogger is because I NEED TO BE REMINDED. Like what dad said, i have no privilege to play like how others could because my foundation is weak. So, no more "play hard, work hard." Just work hard.

It was so happening. Form new bonds, made new friends, play around, fool around, suan around and so much more. Words can't quite describe how i've truly felt for this camp. I can't fully and specifically describe the activities and fun we had during this short span of 5 days 4 nights. But the bottom line of everything's that during praise and worship when the whole ahs cohord sang those songs tgt i've realised how much i've drifted from God. I really thank God for this, because it served as another wake up call.

空虚

I liked the last night best. :) It was the night where the leaders declared it as a "no lights off" night and we could wander around the school. Amazing race, praise and worship, campfire, mass dance when everyone got high, bbq, stalking moqi and lob, acting like csi retards with chewy and boh, camwhoring, watching the basketballers play ball, laughing at them doing funny moves, joining in the fun, reached midnight, sat at the carpark and stargazed, watching moqi lob boh kahhui and the rest play ball, htht talks, sat with chewshian xing qing pingshuang jing jing shalyn and shared bout each other's life for hours at the carpark till 5am, bathed at 530, lazed around, poker, slept for 1hr+

I know by saying this it's so un me who kept giving the zhaopai diao face but you guys are such warm people and it's realleh funnnnaye to fool around with y'all. Thanks for trying to make me feel more comfortable at anglican high :D

I can vividly remember at the second afternoon and night whereby chewshian boh lobbie jingjing shalyn and i were playing stupid games like concentration+tempo+chop chilli chop (TOUGH VERSIONS). Chou3 san1=forfeit. Jing was made to sing ting hai from afar (coughs) and she sang until damn offkey and zaoxia, boh was made to dance/do ballet moves according the "swan lake" song which we hummed, rachel was made to take pic with (i forgot what's his name)+in act cute shy voice+blink blink, chew shian was made to jump over the rope thingy 10 times and in every interval have to do 1 chop chilli move, i was made to be the lux model and sing "feel the rain on your skin~" and blah.

Actually i'm kinda like waiting for somebody to blog a full update on this so i can just copy and paste :p but i don't think it's gonna happen since everyone's so busy and preoccupied with their lives and stuff.

In conclusion, thanks moqi for persuading me to join this camp :) Hahaha anti climax i know! Wlau yknow you keep pangsehing me!!!!!!!

Though i know by joining this camp meant to lose 7 days (additional days to feel 空虚 , stoning, replenishing of sleep, facebooking to reminisce) of hardcore studying, i know everything's worthwhile because this really is a once in a blue moon kinda experience :)

So... finally replenished my sleep. I can't describe how shag i was, i needed sleep so badly since friday. 6 papers in 2 days was crazily mind and energy draining. Was on the verge of dying alr and i kept complaining to everyone how tired i was, hahaha but like duh who isn't tired right. Totalleh zombified and after i got home, i attempted to poke my blister (but failed), then went to bathe, and immediately zonked out in bed.

Okay, i screwed up my sciences big time. I hate it when those smart people say "i'm gonna fail" but hello? knowing you guys, knowing that y'all are closet muggers, im sure when the results are out you guys wouldn't have done that badly as what y'all have claimed. Better still, y'all would passed the paper. What's with all the "oh i didn't study" and stuff along that line? I'm so sick of hearing those lines from people like you. I'm not pin pointing anyone in particular, but in general. It's so sickening

I feel like some dumb kid who can't apply for nuts. I don't know why the mentality i have for running, for basketball, for cross country is... different from that for exams. It's so wierd. Like basketball is basketball. Studies is studies. They're a different thing altogether and you can't seem to apply the same mentality to both. While doing physics paper i was lamenting "God why do i even take physics?!?!?!" Gone case, mark my words. I guess the only paper that's relatively o k a y/i managed to breeze through was el paper 1. So pathetic lah

Friday
Everyone went yay!!!!! when our physics paper ended. So classic. HAHA BIO PEOPLE, YOU GUYS HAVE AN EXTRA PAPER AFTER THE HOLS. Lim bei (lim pei yan) still suan rachel and i "eh!!!! later you guys got physics? huh got meh i thought today only english. what time? BYEEEEEE I'M GOING HOME ALR~" Went to kembagan to shoot some hoops with rachel and sherlin till evening.

Had dinner with rachel at tampines mall, crashed jing's house for a while before going to lee's house for sleepover

Sleepover was awesome!!!!!! I meant, the company. Lee and i kept pleading rachel to stay (she wants to sleep on her own bed -.-) but... i should take back what i've said. Hehe. We slept in lee's library room. On the floor. On the mat. I was squashed in between the two of them and omg, the rashes on my body made me unable to sleep well. Rachel had a really bad block nose so we had to off the aircon. Only managed to sleep in the morning. Woke up at 1130. Camwhore. Sherlin came over. Went to rachel's house and waited for her dad to drive us to kembagan for 3 on 3. Hahahahahaha our team name was FHN (not FHM).

The look on people's face were priceless. Played against macpherson, jiemei a-boh's team, jiemei b- lobbie's team (not sure if i got the letter correct) and qian xi. Lost to jiemei a. Mysterious grouping Qian xi turned out to be gladys, umi and alanna. We were like "are you qian xi?!" and they were like "are you fhn?!" "no, you tell me first are you fhn?" Haha. Sheena and rui qi came. And knowing sheena... she brought us a lifetime supply of food+snacks+drinks.

LOB

Ate zhi cha/zhu2 chao3 for dinner with the usual pigs (except lob) Boh, chewshian and ahs co. came later on while we left. Then train alll the way back home.

I don't know why 've got lots of things to share in this little online space of mine but whenever i click "new post" my mind always go blank.

Thank God that debate writing test was postponed? Or else i cannot imagine how i'm gonna survive the day... am feeling very drained now like as if all the information which i've painstakingly tried to absorb for the past few days just diffused from my brain or something. I hate how i'm feeling right now. I feel sick. I feel like i'm gonna get a fever soon. I'm not doing anything productive now. Because i am here typing these while the clock's ticking precious seconds and minutes away, when i'm actually racing against time.

p/p/s Tomo's our last training with the cdiv before midyears. Speaking of midyears, i really appreciate the school for setting the humanities papers+math+amath= all the mind draining subjects after june hols. I really do. Sense my sarcasm. So many others have already finished ALL their papers today.

I've come to realise, having a small social circle of true friends who'll be there for you regardless of what happens, matters most. Ultimately, it's the experience you've gone through with your close ones that'll enable you to emerge stronger. Spent a fruitful night sharing one anothers' lives in our respective schools and CCAs with joy and bro. Heart to heart talks are always the best :) And it seemed like my parents have distant so much from us that they no longer understand me. I love my siblings ttm and i really thank God for them.

I had this strange telepathy with joy that was so overwhelming i don't know how to put it in words omg this is insane insane insane insane insane and beyond cool. And through this 2 days, through whatever shit joy's going through, i feel like God's trying to bring across a message to her, and to me as well. And indeed, i've learn quite a bit. So glad she finally sort out her thoughts because if she's affected, i'll be too. Loss for words. What a wake up call.

Yesterday was the track and field and table tennis finals! I'm still lamenting over the fact i couldn't watch yuwei (the "cool" hahaha) play her second doublessssssssssssssssss :( cos amanda's 4x100m race was at 3.30 while steph's 4x400m was at 5...45? But so happy they won first!

I love schooooooool. Haha who am i trying to kid. Although curriculum time's currently pretty much mundane, monotonous and zzzz routined, i'm really thankful for people like swie en, ann, esther and selina for making lessons way enjoyable. Okay la, rachel too. (For the sake of her being my moqi 2 hehe note the T-W-O) But that petty moqi didn't want swie en to sit with ME for we had too many inside jokes... which she always FAILS to comprehend and thereby making false and WIERD inferences. She sat in between swie en and i=in hope to get both of our attention -.- But haha too bad, it's just for today ^^

Today, rachel and i have come to a conclusion that we're VERY prone to getting picked by ms lin to ans questions/read comprehension paragraphs just because we were always caught talking -.- But she didn't know we were talking stuffz relevant to english. And today, we've realised we are getting influenced by swie en more and more... day by day........................ The mannerism, behaviour, speech, TONE (OMG), pitch blah. I can't believe i actually spent 10 hours talking to the nballers!!! Partly because they're my table partners (swie en and ann) while ming zhen came at the later part and... knowing me, i can never shut my mouth when i'm bored/annoyed/happy/sad/angry/sian/blah.

Since both our seasons ended, and for once we had no training, we went to the student lounge after school. Wanted to catch the nball finals!!! OR PLAY NETBALL. But they were damn sian of playing nball hahahahaha so we just sat there to talk....................... till the auntie came in to off the air con and lock the door. So we went to the canteen................ to................. eat.............. and................ had heart to heart conversations bout everything. Little things from our sec 1/2 days, bball life, nball life, random people, friends, family, blah. Ah felt so good. Talked till our mouths were damn dry.

Okay i just wasted 10 mins of my life typing all these crap hahaha sick of seeing that angsty post there.

People should seriously stop judging and jumping into conclusions based on actions. Or even making false assumptions. Whatever. I don't bother stating my stand or even telling you that it was a misunderstanding. Or even proving you wrong. I really don't. Because the bottom line is, there isn't any basic trust between us. And if this goes on, it'll never end and we'll just keep emphasising we're not at fault. I never knew the trust you had was this fragile.

No more going to the court for formation/shooting during jogging period. And instead we're back to jogging with our respective classes. Second day of training without you guys. Empty and hollow. No more familiar voices and laughters.

Everyone whining in unison "huhhhh sian i don't want to run"
or "huhhhh why jl come so early?!"

And when ms lin came to class and asked rachel "how's the match"? A wave of nostalgia swept over us we could feel it all over again.

How long will it take for us to get used to training without bdiv 09's presence? I don't know. Every now and then we would get reminded. All over again.

Highlight of the day: It was an abrupt decision made when yesterday night ruiqi was telling me she missed nyp a lot so i decided to give jl a call to check if there was training this morning. Hahahahaha they missed jiaolian (when i actually get to see him like at least 3 times a week.......) and woah, it has changed so much. Their standard have dropped drastically and i really hate their attitude towards training and jiaolian. Those proud and complacent juniors really don't deserve any place in zonals or nationals.

Joey came to look for us after that in coro. Forever missed that place. Held so many fond memories la omg. Okay... and then we started to reminisce again. Same old usual lines. Crapped and laughed at one another how much the people from ny basketball p6s 2006 grad. batch have /have not changed. Ruiqi came over after that for a short while. Thanks for today!

Over. I guess everything that has been bottling up within me had been let out. But currently i'm feeling a little numb. Maybe i've not succumb to the realisation completely.

My mom actually came down to watch the match. For the first time since primary school she actually supported me in playing basketball. (in a way haha) But her first comment was... "why you got no energy to run?!"

I feel like i just disappointed those who came down to support us :( Lee, leena, selina, joelance, swie en and ann (esp you two!!!), cassandra, tiffany, felicia, the tennis team, and those whose names i missed out i'm sorry.

People might be saying, "huh, what? so this is actually the south zone champs standard???"

What more can i say? Will people actually believe that "somehow we couldn't get our form back?" I must be dreaming. The court's not the problem. If other's can score, why can't we? The critisms. Face it. Deal with it. No more proving. So much for saying the court's our stage. Take it as we've lost to the better teams.

Yilei, wanjun, audrey, lynn, jiajian, melinda, serene, jiamin, magdalene you guys have been the bestest seniors. I can't imagine training without y'all, when you guys step down and we'll be taking charge of cedar basketball. No more surviving 3 rounds timing in old cedar, 10 laps, 7 laps, suicides, 4 pai shang lan(s) with y'all. No more complaining that the sun's a bitch, that jl's insane. No more suaning one another. No more laughing and imitating jl's funny common quotations and mannerisms. I'll remember every single thing you guys have done during this 3 years. Pp way, dayley at potongpasir mrt station, kfc days during 2007 december hols, pastamania days in 2008, plaza sing, junction 8, vivo hang out days during 2008 december hols, cip days, and many more. How many of you were always there to back us up. Thinking back, there won't be hi-fives, a pat on the back or "jiayou you can do it" from y'all after our runs anymore. I love each and everyone of you but i can't put the right words to describe how huge the impact you guys have made to my life in cedar. Cdiv 2007+ bdiv 2009 had etched wonderful memories in my heart and i really want to thank you for making this possible.

Fucking fucked up.

I cannot fathom. Why's the play so different from the ones during zonals? Ever since nationals started, there isn't a single match that jl's pleased with. We've not been playing up to standard. Lost to dunman. That's not the point. What's worse is, we Lost to ourselves. And when mr tan asked whether it's because we've been feeling tired both physically and mentally, i began to realise. Yes, how true.

Where's the motivation? Where's the motivation? Where's the confidence we once had? What went wrong? Why didn't we play like how we played for raffles? For scgs? For yuying? Why can't the ball go in? Why? There are so many questions.

Empty promises.

Can i still keep my hopes high. Can we bring the old us back to court? I really miss the adrenaline rush.

INFORMATION OVERLOAD

Today's a little different. The seats next, in front and diagonally across me were empty today. Thanks to the ponners ahhh. Didn't want to feel like a loner sitting all alone at the back so i joined my table next to swie en and alex. And then swie en and i had this conversation that's somewhat shocking and disturbing. K i should move on.

After school, got a call from lee the lowwwwwww eq/bff that she sprained her ankle. Shucks, i feel for you emo nemo. It's like a yearly routine kinda thing. First was A MANGO. (HAHA NOOB SEC ONE DAYS) Next, a dead rat. Then, the drain. And finally, the uneven jogging route. So i decided to be nice and sympathetic by sacrificing my supposedly-shooting-time to join her for remedial. But before that we went to the canteen to eat and talk. Somehow got carried away and we......... ended up being late for 50mins. We broke rachel's record. Held back an extra hour+ of the 3 teachers' time as they had to wait for both of us to complete the whole surds worksheet. Which we took like, ages. Haha felt guilty for that.

Great company. Heart to heart talks. 've gained further insight about reality and am getting more disgusted by the day. These 2 weeks i've been receiving an overload of information. How fake can people get. How much one can change. So drastically. How ugly and sinful the human nature is. People are so good at masking their true self we never know who's who or what's their real side. I am disgusted.

I am just typing what comes to my mind so i guess some sentences don't flow.

Will be facing dunman tomorrow. God, even if i don't perform, please let the rest be on form. I have learnt my lesson, no chilli.

5 days of basketball.

I Am Going To Crumble. Endure, just like how i've endured OAC.

I've come to realise how unappreciative i was during the 3 whole day of OAC. Grumbling with swie en how idiotic everything was. (must be PMS) From the cheers, to the activities, the sweat, the stickyness we had to bear with for the night, the rush, bathing time, campfire enthusiasm, wilderness, the class spirit... every little minor issue. And then, when everything ended i realised i was such a spoiler.

Nevertheless, i still want to thank the leaders and instructors for running this whole camp so smoothly, making it a success. And to tiffany and co (you guys know who you are!) Thank y'all for putting in the effort trying to bond 30 closer, understanding us when many of us couldn't stay back after school to rehearse for the campfire item due to our heavy cca commitments, trying to perfect the dance moves, getting this and that ready. (eg. printing the lyrics, burning the song into the cd, doing proposals, buying the outdoor cooking ingredients, things which many didn't notice and acknowledge) A big thank you to you all!

Yesterday will be one day i'll never forget. I'm really thankful to God. Indeed, it's God's grace and i can never deny that fact because i was overwhelmed. I was on the verge of stopping (damn stitch) on court yet He was there to give me the strength i needed. To run. To sprint. To dribble. To defend. To attack. To control.

My spirits were lifted. I love you all team! I've got so much to blog about but joy's hogging the comp and i've only got pathetic 2 hours of sleep on friday and didn't had much sleep to recover since then. Omg i swear cedar fiesta was crazily awesome in terms of the crowd, atmosphere, "business", $$$, enthusiasm, company, people, everything!!!! 3/0 earned $1300++ (-cost price) i'm so happy for everyone. We even got the "best decoration stall"! That was totally unexpected. Hahah. Was really on the verge of collapsing by the time i got home at 11.

So much of dreading cny at the start. Haha. I remembered myself whining and complaining to rachel, sherlin and rui qi on friday. Bout my mom. How "what" she was to forbid me to get new year clothes cos apparently she claimed that "i should wear the new clothes i bought in taiwan". (Explains the long sleeved dress. Everything sold in taiwan's for winterwear) I was so annoyed. And yes, was such an idiotic retard too. Haha thinking bout it now... cny's not just getting new clothes isn't it?

Catching up with the cousins for the whole afternoon, jamming, singing, hardcore camwhoring, reminiscing the good ole days, laughing at our mothers; how strange their behaviour, speech and facial expressions were comically similar, gathering around the small metal stool, with our eyes glued to the laptop, watching poisedon, indulging ourselves in "wai po's" homecooked food, snacking on new year goodies like there's no tomorrow. It's small details like these, though as cliche as it might sound, that makes chinese new year so memorable and significant. Not the red packets anymore.

And like what aloysius had said, someday when we grow up (as in really really grow up) we'll find a day, sit together and have a good laugh at all the disgusting and childish pictures we had camwhore over the past years. So for now, "hardcore camwhoring" have been added to our yearly cny procedure. Heheh i'll always rmb this :)

I can't be bothered to update.

Ahh phew, i'm finally done with the notice board design. Cost me so much time, could have been out shopping with rachel, catching up with work or something. Was damn lazy to sketch/draw so i decided to paint. Hope everyone thinks it's okay. Oh yeah my opinion of ms chng changed. Heheh on friday ms chng smiled for the first time since school starts. Could tell the whole class was so shocked cos everyone shot a "omg she actually smiled!" face and we got high (at the last period). We became more enthusiastic and seeing us "eager to learn (apparently)", she returned us a smile. It was a queer smile so we laughed, and the cycle repeats itself throughout the whole chem lesson. So funny and unusual.

Cedar fun fiesta on 14th feb (yes valentines day awwwWwwWw). So i'm supposed to find materials, get the proposal done, do planning for the whole game stall, design the banner or some sort etc. Busy busy busy busy busy busy arggggggggh. RUI QI AND SHEENA GET THE TICKETS FROM ME!!! AND F.O.S BALLERS YOU GUYS BETTER COME :)

Caught up with lee the eq-not-so-low-afterall bfffffff after training yesterday. Both of us have realised how much we have grown since sec one. Yay i'm happy we finally had the chance to talk.

Tomorrow's the first game of zonals. Suay suay i'm having a bad flu and sore throat. I think i drank too little water. Dad asked me not to play -.- cos, basketball, or health? My "stitch" is back. Of all times, when bdiv's about to commence. What the hell?! And... i need new shoes badly. Both of my high and low cut ones have zero grip.

Cedar's 2008 o level's m.s.g: 9.0!!!

For once (okay maybe i'm exaggerating a little), i'm proud to be in cedar! 2008's sec4s were aaaaaaaaawwesome. Quoted from jiajian's blog (sorry jj hope you don't mind), "98% is able to go JC, and 74% scored a distinction for L1R5, 96.7% scored distinction for maths and all sciences and humans M.S.G did not cross the average of 2 at all. They were all like 1 point smth." Phenomenal. Not just magnificent. I'm happy for them. Am happy for my brother too :)

I'm posting this so whenever i look back at my posts i'll be motivated to work harder.

I don't know where to start. Neither do i know how to fit the right words to how i was exactly feeling. Y'know, i'm never good at putting my message across well.

First week of school (not counting last friday, that is) was very happening. So happening that i find myself struggling. It was like, BAM, i was bombarded with anything and everything you can imagine. Struggling to pay attention, struggling to keep myself awake in class, struggling to absorb, struggling to keep on par with others, struggling to survive training, struggling with the after effect of training, struggling not to let weariness get the better of me, struggling with the homework load, struggling to adapt to sec three life... i can go on and on.

Ahh i miss 2s so much, you guys were so enthusiastic and crazy even on the first day of sec 1! 30's so... different. We've got the nice people, but why is the atmosphere in class always so cold and tense?! :( I hope OAC will help. Heheh. Oh and i forgot there's almost 40 people in the class. No longer 20. Shouldn't have agreed to be the treasurer cos it's so troublesome to count money.......................... HAHA

2008, what an eventful year.

Although it's the worst year i've been through so far, i want to thank God for letting everything happened so that i'm able to emerge as a stronger christian and person as a whole. I think cedar have changed me alot this 2 years. Thank God for giving me great friends and seniors during the crucial times to pull me through. I really can't thank Him enough for this.

Sheena (pb), i can't believe the first time we chat on msn was... last year. Rmb how you finally realised i was the "no.9" instead of 11?! HAHA. The realisation have not hit me yet. Thinking about the great times in sec1 while they were sec2s, "the pp way" we took in the late evenings after every training, old cedar times, pastamania days, hanging out everyday after school, competing with one another running 3 rounds timing, encouraging each other we have done well, 2007 november-december times; staying back after training to further train and slack till night etc...

Thinking about how this year hit me hard with so many complications. Cdiv times, lee's sleepover, 02june sentosa, conflicts, misunderstandings, subconsciously feeling drained and worn-out, sick of cedar, regretting, team mates leaving cedar basketball, picking ourselves up and setting forward with renewed strength and determination, overcoming tough times etc...

How every little details kept playing back on my mind on repeat. Suddenly i'm missing so many people.

And picturing them graduating next year... us being sec4s 2 years later :( it's scary don't you think? Times passing so fast that every year i'll never fail to regret not cherishing the people and things happening around me. Things gonna be so different. As much as i dread being a sec3 and neither do i wish the sec3s to be sec4s, time's not gonna standstill.

Keep the memories in my heart, and move on.

As the saying goes, a new year, a new beginning. I hope things would turn out fine.

Forgive me if my post has turn emotional.

2009's here any moment. I have: one more el newspaper review, el compre and summary, 2 ch book reviews, 3 chapters of chem, 3 chem exercises, SS, one more math paper (selina you have to help me print!!!). Bet almost everyone have completed theirs. Screw me.

Rush of relief. So good to be back.

First and foremost, MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!!! I wanted to reply msgs so badly but taipei singtel refused to send out any despite countless of tries, ugh. Read the newspaper on the plane back, how i wished i could spend christmas with friends in sg! :( Taiwan just doesn't have the "christmas feel" It's like any other normal day. Unlike sg, they don't declare it as a public holiday.

I don't know where to start! Might be posting up pics sooon, since a picture speaks a thousand words.

All in all, to sum up the whole of taiwan's trip= spent about 1.5-2days of travelling in total, visiting museums and farms etc, shopping (till we dropped), eating x100- places like xi men ding, shi ling etc, looking at sceneries. The "xiao chi(s)" were awesome! But if spent my whole life in taiwan i can go and die, cos the "xiao chi(s)" super unhealthy and oily. Haha. Omg we went up to hehuan mountain!! Freaking (exact) 2.0 degrees. Mom, joy, bro, wesley, wesley's mom and i climbed to the peak and we got so high that we video-ed ourselves shouting "shi jie na me da!!!!!!! (i'm not exaggerating the "!")

Too much to elaborate. I'll share with you guys during training! Oh wait... later jl say me for talking to much again -.- Haha

I should catch some sleep. Confirm plus chop stamp need to run tomorrow else monday... i... willllllllllllllllllllllll die more flat for training.

I yearn for days when i am bored to tears, not knowing what to do at home. Just got back home. Was almost out the whole of these 2 days..... (tired) Haha my family and i went to bukit timah hill in the evening and we got caught in the rain on the way down. Went back nyp with ruiqi and joy in the morning to help out. Joey had something on while adeline had rg training. Jl laughed at me and said i gei kiang run for the ball for what. Got my retribution haha. Ouch.

Joey came to meet us after that and as usual, slacked at coronation's golden rooster. I missed the food there!!! Went down to get sheena's 1litre milo omg it was so heavy! HAHA RUIQI, *cough shoebag *cough then headed down ccab with ruiqi and joy to watch sheena's friendly. Pb, good play!!! :)

Today was such a long day. Started off with training in the morning. As usual, the sun was beaming, training was tiring, felt restless in the morning, rushed to the water cooler for every break, was on the verge of dying/melting (due to heat exhaustion ugh), dreaded seven laps etc.

Had lunch at j8 with rachel, ruiqi, lobbie, sheena, valerie, and sheena's seniors. Finally ate the korean chicken hotplate!!! Heheh. Valerie and her seniors left so the rest of us went downstairs to get more food (ps, we were all heavy eaters) and everyone claimed that peppermint chin chow's disgusting. So it's like a 4 against 1 kinda thing ugh.

Was contemplating where to head: WEST OR EAST to play ball but in the end we crashed jingjing's house!!! Which is at tanah merah=east. Ruiqi, sheena and i damn chi kui but we are nice people. Played pool, mahjong, stink up jingjing's whole room and lamed around. Wanted to call macs/kfc/pizza hut for dinner but it was raining. They couldn't make any delivery so jingjing, lobbie and ruiqi went out to get dinner. In the end we had cup noodles. Hahahahaha. All in all, today's company was totally F.O.S (full of shit)

We spent all the time laughing. HAHA

I'm finally done with book sharing on "the purpose driven life" chapter 17 and 18. In short, no more presentation :)

The adults wished we could make more contributions. Hopefully by the start of next year. I can already forsee 2009= not just prelude/postlude/oferring, but the hyms+offering and all. I don't know. I'm not prepared... yet?

I've been anticipating this day since like sunday. Am really lazy to blog nowadays. So many things on-going but there's so little time! I think penning down my thoughts on paper would a better idea. Haha.

OH YES. Everyone's face was like a combination of Z_Z, -_-, and ._. during training. I'm dead serious. We were like zombies. Very very sian :( There were only 3 sec2s. The guards were dying cos audrey wasn't here at the start............................................. or was it just me only? :(

Anyway, everyone only brighten up after 7 laps=end of training. Haha.

Okay sian things aside. After training had lunch at j8 with mag, serene, jiajian, lynn, wanjun (they all act young :) HAHA JK) Hahahaha jiajian ate chicken rice. I know i sounded mean and all to your anglican friends but really, thanks for transferring. Though i know that it wasn't your choice at the start, i hope you've enjoyed your stay in Cedar this year. I think we've become closer ever since that day when we sat in pastamania for hours sharing about each other's life- how you spent your secondary one days in anglican and vice versa. Then we became even closer from the day we nicknamed each other "MOQI" due to a series of pure coincidental events. It sets me thinking... how we can always say things at the same time, gave the same expressions (or maybe you learnt it from me. HAHAHA), had the same thoughts, me being able to read your mind always and you being able to read mine SOMETIMES, reading each others' moves on court, etc. It's... phenomenal and cool.

And during our curricular times! Hahaha i'll never forget how you always got picked on every single teacher. Like even if it was my fault and i was supposed to be the one to be picked, it'll still be you cos i had a more pleasant face. HAHA. Then you'll be fuming while jo-ann and i would be laughing away, agreeing with peiyan how loser and noob you were. HAHAHAHA

Though we always ALWAYS make fun of each other, find ways and means to tackle each other weaknesses (like my pimples, rashes, me having a much rounder face than my sister -.-, and lots more), complain why we could never take a nice photo together etc etc, still, thanks for being there always. We've gone through so many things together, in and outside classroom, on and off court, and i've learnt so much bout you. You're one of the main reasons why i've decided to stay on. 2S wouldn't be the same without your presence and i wouldn't have found such a great friend like you.

Today's training was surprisingly okay. Okay in the sense that it was tiring but i didn't feel like i was on the verge of hyperventilating but at the start i was really sleepy and lethargic. Okay, c'mon who doesn't feel the same way when training starts crazily early. Jiajian damn ass! During the shooting part.... "shoot joline shoot!" and i really aimed and shoot when i wasn't supposed too. There's actually more but my mind's currently blocked at the moment. DAMN IRRITATING LEH JJ THE MM (HAHA HAVE YOU GUESSED IT?)

Did 4.5 hours of cip after training together with moqi, jiajian, melinda, jiamin and serene. Hardcore. Totally full of shit and laughter. We did the "packaging of pens thingy" and i was supposed to get a treat cos there was 80 packets ARGH

I'm sick again. I realised my immune system this year is so much weaker compared to the previous years. Why issit deteriorating?

I'm lacking of sleep.

The mural paintings were awesome! The editing of fine edges, detailed drawings/characters, repainting the background to lilac white was mind draining. It required so much concentration. If only we had better planning... like making a new background layer in the first place rather than doing it last. The end result would be so much better. And everyone thought it was a pity that we didn't film the whole process.

Had movie screening yesterday night. We watched Passion of the Christ and i personally thought it was a little exaggerated. But anyway, it was a good movie. Really made quite a huge impact on me.

Saturday
Had lunch with raquel and joy at sixth avenue centre. Like omgwtfbbq we finally met after 14 months!!! :) :) So happy to see her. She has slimmed down while i've gained weight and become chubbier/fatter, so you can imagine the drastic change if we stand next to each other :( Dot you raq!

Both joy and i actually thought she could accompany us to town for shopping but that busy girl had such a packed schedule! Ugh, so we went off without her. Practically walked the whole street of orchard. Bought quite a handful of stuffz from fareast and wisma. And guess who i met at wisma?! SELINA LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL. Damn funny, she and her sister were walking towards joy and i and iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii was like...

After service some of us stayed back to work on our four blank walls! Ahhhhh it took us 4 long hours to complete the sketchings. I had a hard time working on the chinese bible verses :o it's been really long since i last wrote calligraphy. Haha. Felt so accomplished cos everything turn out great! Hopefully all the silhouette outlines, drawings, italic el/chi verses wouldn't be ruined after painting. Even the adults are pinning their hopes on us. Haha.

After training, had lunch at "lao ah ma's eating place" (inside joke) @ bishan with rachel, sherlin, selina, lynn and mag. Went to j8 after that to get more food and we bumped into wanjun! Then since we (sec2s) had nothing to do and we're in need of cip hours.... lynn and mag brought us to the office tower- singapore heart foundation to do some administrative voluntary work! Rachel and selina left after doing for about an hour cos they wanted to go home to sleep (haha) while the rest of us stayed till bout 5.

Decided to be gay so i wore pink. Kinda regretted cos it's quite disgusting. Haha.
Spend most of my time with ruiqi and joy at bugis street and bugis junction. We got this love-hate relationship with bugis. Oh yeah, speaking of bugis, i rmbered joy and i got scolded by some ahlian there quite recently. Walau call us cb, we not cheryl boh can. Really hate the crowd and it's quite sian to squeeze with so many uncivilised people. ZZZ. Joy's cake got a little ruined. Ruiqi act ahlian damnn funnny can't stop laughing! HAHAHA.

After ruiqi left for dinner with her family, joy and i went vivo to shopppppppppppppp tilll night. Saw clara!

After service, had lunch at jurong point subway with sijia, simin, zhiler, caroline, zhen ning and joy. Had a good laugh at the adult twins. HAHAH I finally know how cool it is to have a twin. Sijia and simin are exactly like us! Like usually when people tell us in the face that we tend to say the same things, think the same, give the same expression etc etc etc etc, we will be like, "ohhhhh. hmmmm. okaaaaaay." but we couldn't/wouldn't know how cool that was cos we aren't the ones who experienced it herself/himself until TODAY. Sj and sm asked joy and i THE EXACT SAME QUESTIONS, gave the EXACT SAME REPLY AND EXPRESSIONS at DIFFERENT TIMES and DIFFERENT PLACES. Both of us were appalled. Super super super cool.

Then joy and i trained to city hall. Walked around suntec and city link mall then headed to peninsula shopping centre to find kerr qi and kerr hui. Was contemplating whether to get a hoodie butttttttttttt didn't bought it in the end. Went to quite other few places. Lazy to elaborate :)

Today's training was fine :) I'm very tired now cos i had difficulty sleeping yesterday. Stupid rashes made my face itch all over. I woke up at 1am, and i couldn't get much sleep after that. Damn restless. I don't like 2v1 leh, so tiring. Jiaolian said i'm very talkative today and it drizzle becos of me. Totally no link?! Then after that it became wanjun's fault. Hahahaha he must understand that i didn't see y'all for so long (haha okay maybe only a few days la) and we have to catch up with each other cos you guys missed me.

After training, moqi, sherlin, selina and i were arguing where to lunch at. After much consideration... we decided "folk and spoons" near toa payoh hub. I damn chi1 kui1 can. Next time y'all must try to ti3 liang4 wo3 :(

Went to bukit timah hill with mom and joy in the morning to burn some calories. Branch-ed at some hainanese chicken restaurant opposite bukit timah plaza. Omg the 3 of us were gluttons. I think i got the love-to-eat-and-somemore-eat-alot-and-always-tend-to-overeat-then-regret genes from my mom.............

Then was supposed to meet selina at 1pm, changed time to 1.30pm but i was late still. She got bored of plaza sing at the start cos i wasn't around yet :( Hahaha i reached at 2.35 oppps. Shopped, movie, shopped. I can't believe she used my money to buy her OWN clothes walauuuuuu (inside joke?)

HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL 3 WAS AWESOME. Something funny happened in the cinema. When troy was solo-ing there's a bunch of zac efron's girl fans going "gooooogoooogaaaaagaaaa/ awwwwww/ *making all sorts of squeky noises" Then another bunch of guys got so irritated they went "SSSSSSSSSSSSSHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" HAHA SELINA AND I PRACTICALLY L-O-L. I feel so paiseh for zeeee fans can.

OHHHHHHHHHHHHH. I forgot to mention, we spied with our little eyes, someone standing around 160cm, wearing a green and white stripes top (?) and shorts walking around plaza sing with 2 of her friends. Who can that be.... hmMmMmMmM.

Unlucky or what?

I think someone has been cursing me or something. Past few days i've been under some unlucky shit spell. Like on sunday, i've got this really really really bad flu and headache. It was so sucky that i didn't want to wait for my parents to end their service so joy and i hailed a cab home. Howeverrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, i didn't went straight to bed. Joy wanted to do hair treatment so obviously me being a very nice twin, decided to give up my beauty sleep to accompany her :) I shouldn't have done that cos the aircon in the salon made my nose feel like dropping. And besides, we kinda made a wasted trip. 35 bucks gone just for some crap futile treatment ugh.

But anyway i'm still thankful to God for calming down my nerves during my play in the adult's service. My fingers were literally frozen and i thought i was gonna screw up prelude but... surprisingly i didn't made any errors. Really thank God for that cos i did last minute preparation and i wasn't confident but i managed to scrape through. What a relief.

Didn't attend training on Monday cos i was still sick. Mom even forbid me to go to school to WATCH cos she's afraid i'll train secretly. HAHA WTH. So... sorry sec2s for pangseh-ing all of you. I was still ZzZzZzZzZzZzZzZz when y'all were running under the sun :( Hehehe i didn't mean to agitate y'all :) I sounded mean.

Flu and headache were gone. I was like "yay finally, i hate being sick" cos it made me feel very weak and fragile. Like those kinda niang people, who cannot tahan the sun or wind or rain or hadships (etc) if not they would get sick easily and faint- yeah those kinda people know. BUT in the night... the rashes and disgusting red spots came back TO MY FACE (!!!) Omg, i really hate myself for having sensitive skin. My face was super dry and digusting. That's why i didn't attend training again today. Really sorry! We'll die together on thursday and friday's training alright! :)

My face's much better after applying some moisturizer softening cream thingy that my mom had given me. So my family celebrated our (joy and i) birthday with me having quite a bad-face-condition at cafe cartel. It's quite sad to think that i couldn't spend my birthday with my family and some of the people whom i wish to spend my bday with this year cozzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Ruiqi would be free in the afternooooooooooooooon too :)

Anyway, my whole room- table, shelves, drawers, wardrobe and cupboards' super sparkling neat and tidy now cos joy and i have been spending these few days cleaning up............. I CAN'T BELIEVE WE FREAKING MANAGED TO CLEAN OUR ROOM (which i've not been doing for the past >4 months) SUCCESSFULLY. Tidying up is such a chore. It drained up all my energy la, zzz.

OHHHHHHHHHHHHH THE KAYZ, I REALLY HOPE MY FACE CONDITION IMPROVES BY TOMORROW. I don't want to rot at home. Grrr.

Woke up this morning and found out i've got rashes ON MY FACE. Having an outbreak's bad enough, but the rashes just had to add on to make my face look like some crap. Zzz so didn't meet rachel in the morning at plaza sing to get stuffz. Mei2 lian3 jian4 ren4. But oh wellllll i still went for training.

Took 1/2 hr just to get my stupid hair done, with all the clips and everything -.-

Left the house at 1220 and i reached school at 1.45=late for training -.- Mainly because...
1. I missed my mrt (bukit gombak) by 1 min and i got to wait for another 6 mins for the next train.
2. Mrt got stranded for don't know how many mins on the way to JURONG EAST <-it's like only the 2nd out of 18th stop (?!)
3. Had to stand throughout the bukit gombak-jurong east, jurong east- outram journey and squeeze with 12345 people.
4. Missed another train (outram) by 1 min and i got to wait for another 4 mins
5. MISSED BUS 853 (exactly the one sherlin took!) BY 5 SECS.

Then i had some eye infection during training.

And i had to stand approximately 18 stops (kallang-bukit gombak) on the way back home, squeezing with >12345 people cos it was peak hour.

Walau my hair's still screwed. I CAN'T STAND MY HAIR. IT'S DISGUSTING :( :@ :@ :@ :@

I don't know if i should be rejoicing or what, but today's book sharing was postponed till 2 weeks ltr cos apparently ryan's overseas and he's supposed to be doing this presentation with me. So i guess it's kinda good for me! But... there's still so many more things coming up. Like, planning/sketching/searching of images that we're supposed to paint on our 4 blank walls, piano prelude next week at adult's service, church camp, changing of notice board etc.

Then after church, went to lot one with kerr hui and kerr qi. Ahhhhhhh yes i finally got my stuffxzxzxzxz wooooooooooooooooo. I earned 50 bucks ystd from joy but now i'm back to being broke, coz i've spent everything on cotton on body. ZzZzZzZZZZzzzzz. Nvm i'm getting my allowance soon! HA YAY.

As all of you guys know, i was supposed to be cutting down on my food intake. So joy and i decided to share one soya ice cream. But... then again, we couldn't resist the temptation (it tasted so good please!!) so on our way back home we shared ANOTHER ONE. On top of that, we ate so many more junk. Then we felt guilty, so we went to the track to run. Haha not as sinful anymore :)

OH, I WENT FOR A HAIR CUT AND HAIR WASH. (the 3 of them accompanied me for 50 mins!) I told the hairdresser to "cut whatever hairstyle that he thinks it's suitable for me" Soooooo... in the end i got a retarded fringe :( :( My hair length's so short now! And yknow in ai4 qing2 mo2 fa3 shi1 ming dao did the flying cut thing and the twist-your-hair-and-layer zao1?! (Okay if you didn't watch the drama i don't think you would know what i'm saying) Yeah the hairdresser did the same way too! I was like... OMG. Are my eyes tricking me or what? I thought those hair dressers exaggerated in dramas cos y'know, dramas are supposed to be D-R-A-M-A.

Anyway, i've decided to stay at home to do some spring cleaning to my room for the whole of tomo. Haven't even clear a single thing since eoys had ended. Imagine all that mess!
